Smokeless Muzzleloader

  1. Concept: A 750yd, .50-cal tack driver that is legal to hunt extended seasons with and capable of any big game, but cheap to shoot and fun
  2. Rem700-style custom action:
    1. Mack bros EVO II

  3. Arrowhead Breech plug
  4. Barrel from Hart with the breech plug work (right here in LaFayette!)
  5. Optics: Something entry-level like Osprey Global or Arken, 10-40x50 or so, I like mil dot illuminated
  6. Muzzle brake it, because why not, you can have any features you want on a muzzleloader!
  7. Make a custom laminate stock: mostly, for fun
    1. Build up from laser cut wood veneer, laminate with epoxy and CNC mill
    2. Floated barrel and bedded action
    3. Built-in weight adjustment

Ballistic Sgian Dubh: Spetznatz meets Highlander

  1. A 6” drop point blade style, with a short section of the back sharpened to make the tip double-sided
  2. Paired set with armpit sheaths
  3. Cut and ground from O1 spring steel blank
  4. Reciever and tang turned on a metal lathe
  5. Black/blued blade and handle finish
  6. Removable 50# compression coil spring
  7. Hole in tang to make into a kunai
